Hi veela, we are doing a presentation about you in school. Could you please tell us about yourself? We love your music!
I’m almost better. The thing about when I get sick is that it’s not enough for me to be “better”, my voice has to be back to normal for me to record. Sometimes that takes weeks. It’s so frustrating for me to just sit here and “get better” by doing nothing when I should be getting my tracks ready for friday and pushing through all the tracks I have to finish.
I miss doing live chats with you, my little kittens. I want to take more pictures with Josh, I want to record some new songs.
I know it’s only been two weeks, I’m just so restless.
Ugh.
I don’t know what to do for my upload tomorrow. Maybe another vlog and old song post. What should I talk about..

It’s too early but I can’t go back to sleep.
I hate being sick and not getting anything done. When you’re self-employed, this is probably the most frustrating thing to encounter.
Contrary to last week, this week seems to be filled with so much love and encouragement. Long emails from beautiful people who appreciate my art. It’s such a nice change and I thank each and every one of you.
I have 12 songs pending that I can’t touch until my voice gets better. I’m assuming that will be another two days. I guess until then I can sit here and watch Adventure Time, Bob’s Burgers and Doctor Who until I get screen sick.
North Carolina isn’t quite north enough for me.. It’s so hot here.
I am getting a kick out of the tropical plants though, I’d never seen spanish moss until I got here.
